What is a credit?

A credit is the unit Parsaa uses to meter hosted model usage. One credit covers roughly one typical agent message, including the tokens the model reads and writes. Heavier tasks that read large files or run long plans consume more. Your remaining credits and per-message cost are always visible in the app.

Does Parsaa work with my version of Xcode?

Parsaa works with Xcode 16 and later on macOS 14+, including Xcode 27. It tracks every Apple release. Parsaa is already updated for WWDC26 APIs, so you can write against the newest frameworks the day they ship. Deep integration with Xcode’s built-in MCP server requires Xcode 26.3 or later, but building, testing, and running work with any supported version.

Can Parsaa change code without my approval?

No. Every edit arrives as an approval card with a diff. You approve, reject, or request changes, and the agent waits. Plans work the same way: Parsaa proposes the steps before touching anything.

Can I use my own API keys?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Connect plan ($9/mo) is built around bring-your-own-keys: connect OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or a custom endpoint, and requests go directly to your provider. They never pass through Parsaa servers.

Question 5

Does my code leave my machine?

Accepted Answer

Only if you choose a cloud model. With BYOK, requests go provider-direct. With local models (Ollama, LM Studio) or Apple on-device, nothing leaves your Mac. Code embeddings for search are stored locally, and Parsaa never stores or trains on your code.

What is the difference between the Pro and Ultra plans?

Pro ($29/mo) includes 1,200 monthly credits across hosted models like Claude Sonnet 4.6, GPT-5.5, and GLM 5.2. Ultra ($149/mo) includes 8,000 credits, access to every hosted model including the heaviest like Claude Opus 4.8 and GPT-5.3 Codex, plus priority routing. Pro+ ($59/mo, 3,000 credits) sits in between for heavier use.

Does Parsaa work offline?

Yes, with local models. Point Parsaa at Ollama or LM Studio and the full agent loop (chat, edits, builds, tests) runs without an internet connection.
